I have soooo much that I still need to still sell.  You've seen the shop inventory but I need to step it up.  I was looking in the basement this week and looked at the rails (literally) of things I still need to move: Coats, bags, shoes, boots.  You name it.

I've decided to try out HelloLaMode to sell some of my things. The site is a certified luxury reseller that authenticates pieces so if I see something I want from another seller I know it's genuine.  I have started with listing 7 pieces to see how it goes. Some of my pieces:


  • Dolce & Gabanna sunglasses
  • Oscar de La Renta dress (amazing piece)
  • JBrand flared jeans
  • Betsey Johnson wool coat (seen before in this post)


I think I just need the guts to look at an entire rail and list the whole damn lot!  The baby steps approach is getting old.  Don't be surprised if a ton more gets listed if a sell frenzy common sense takes over.

  15. Nice! I love your clothes and your closet! Can we trade? Lol! But I feel you, it's either you get red of a few things or you get a bigger closet and usually the second one is not an option. I am coming home for break in a bit so I am going to have to do the same thing! :(

  18. Will be interesting to see how you go with the website! I checked it out, the prices seem totally fair!! I have quite a few designer clothes and Stuart Weitzman shoes which are too small (I was too optimistic!) so maybe this website will work for me too, I might try it!!

I have a wardrobe cull planned for January, you are right it takes bravery to just push and clear whole rails of it (are you like me and form weird attachments to certain items even if you no longer wear them? Sometimes the person who bought it for me or where I wore it to can make me a bit sentimental but I need to just pass them on to someone else to enjoy)
