Baggy Trousers

Add one top. A belt and heels.
Done.

Boyfriend Jeans (DIY ripped): Very.  Top: Thrifted. Shoes: Balenciaga (similars here or here). Neon belt: Random (good neons here).  Shades: Toms (similar).

I have been after a good pair of boyfriend jeans to slum around in with heels or flats.  The cut and slouch on these by Brit brand Very is good enough to settle on.  Not sure who on this side of the pond knows the brand? (They were featured on a recent episode of ANTM). The jeans are baggy enough to do a paper bag waist or just wear them low on the hip.

Now it’s mild, wearing loose light weight denim just feels comfortable and easy. Are you switching from skinnies to something looser too? Just makes sense sometimes….

i want to try baggy jeans but I’m afraid since i’m bigger. I’m hoping to find some bloggers who made this work with their curves, but i really like the idea of them! i like something thats a little more comfortable i am excited that i purchased my first pair of colored jeans, they are on their way now.

You have to try them, last week I made a post in my blog with baggy jeans, you can add a blazer if you want it, adding a blazer will make the outfit more stylish, and you have to wear baggy jeans with heels!!!!

Hi Karen! Do you happen to know any other good alternatives for the Isabel Marant sneakers? I know you linked the iOffer, where you got yours from, but those are a bit out of my price range, too 🙁 I would appreciate any suggestions on this, and I’m sure there are a lot of girls in the same situation.
Also, what happened to the “my week” posts? I love those and i miss them 🙂
Wishing you all the best! Irina

Lovely outfit, I love the way the top drapes on you, it gives the perfect feel to this whole outfit. And the shoes are amazing. I really wish I could wear sky high heels like that, but I’m far too accident prone!

All of my boyfriends have had legs too long for me to steal their jeans, at least not without having to roll up the cuffs 40 times. Eventually, I paid 70 bucks for the “boyfriend” jean at the Gap, and I NEVER pay that much for jeans, don’t care WHO makes them. Then, the very next day, at the local thrift, I peeked in the men’s jeans section and found a pair of perfectly broken in Levis that fit even better than the Gap pair, slim cut but not too slim, that must have been worn by a guy with VERY short legs. Tried them on, cuffed them up, and voila~! I have another pair of boyfriend jeans (an even better pair) that I paid only $4 for.
