How to winterize summer dresses
Pocket dress, parka and grey mens jumper: H&M (the mens jumpers there are the best). Shades: Ray Ban. Boots: Topshop. Scarf: Love Quotes (my favourite). Bag: JCrew
Here's a video on how I wear dresses as it gets colder. The above works for short or long dresses. Big styling tip for Autumn? Have a mix of thin and thick knits to wear under or over dresses. If your dress is plain, go with a patterned knit and vice versa.
Either way have fun.

Where Did U Get That - Gemma

Late night

Quick pic heading home one night some time ago in a lilac vintage dress. I wore it with vintage Fryes and the metal purse. God I love that little thing. It's just big enough for the iPhone, tissues, keys and business cards. Better pic of it (here).

How to wear a mini dress during the day
Dress: H&M (other long sleeve minis here and here). Skimmers: ALDO (these work too). Cap: H&M (similar here). Bag: Alexander Wang. Round sunglasses: Topshop. Mini cross necklace: W shop (similar here).

I can only imagine how many reading this right now are using a product by Apple. He has changed how the world communicates forever.

Structured
Bag: Got it at JCrew. (Almost caved on the leopard version).
I'm reeeeally getting into lady like looking bags for Autumn. The structure and shape feels right against knits.
Funny thing is, I first saw this one on someone standing next to me on the train platform. I thought it was vintage - it looked so luxe. She told me it was from JCrew. My eyebrows raised and by lunch time I was at the shop.
Initially the shorter strap put me off so I didn't get it - I like longer straps. Within 10 minutes of it arriving at home I loved it all over again. (This colour was sold out at the shop so I tried it on in the black).
I spotted it a few days ago on Vanessa Jackman's blog too.
