Distractions

I don't need any of these so of course that means I'm currently obsessing. 

Top row: Aldo Roger Wedge 
Center row: Theyskens' Theory 
Bottom row: YSL Opyum 

Heel covering or cropped drainpipes works with them all.  Add an oversized thin knit and your done.
