colour decision

Black: Great year round. Works well dressed up at night. Goes with anything. Nice contrasts on my skin.
Brown: Perfect for summer. Vintage feel. Blends into my skin.
So which monster wood platform did I go with then?
ps. Armor neck piece giveaway ends tomorrow 8pm EST.
pps. FINALLY added more stuff in my SHOP. Will keep adding for a few days.

    BOTH!
    i usually end up buying brown and black and sometimes white of the same thing: shirts, shoes, bags. they go with EVERYTHING so why not do both? ;)

    I love them both, these type of situations always get ME!!!

  23. Go for the brown ones. You already have an amazing collection of black shoes and the tan leather would just look divine on you. Would also look cute with cream coloured pelarine socks underneath for Spring/Summer.

    But thinking of the pictures of your shoe collection, you have a loooot of black shoes.
    So i'd say you chose a black one!

  54. I'd have to go with black (its a sick, sick addition). I have a very similar pair by Gianfranco Ferre that have had to unfortunately go up on ebay are they were a too small gift.

  64. I'd get both! :) hehe but if you MUST choose one, i'd get the brown because i like that vintagey feel and i feel like you'd wear it more with your style of clothing!

    As for the armor giveaway,
    I'd wear that beatiful piece two ways. One with a ruffled strapless dress (more feminine) and second, with a leather short strapless romper and crazy high heels.

  67. wow... I was making the same decision yesterday when I saw them on topshop.com. Eventually I picked the black because it's really timeless. Although I feel the brown can go with everything... damnit, see!

  76. Ivy - the platform sole is 2 inches. the heel part is a good 4? I know the platform is 2 since I measured it. Got a thing about high platforms.

    Skeleta - LOLOL!!! you basically summed up what's been in my head!

    Silvia - go down Regent Street and turn off into Carnaby Street, great stuff down there shops wise. Go to Topshop on Oxford Circus, much better than most locations, including the NY one.

  88. I am in love with these shoes! From the very first time I saw them on the topshop website when they just came out!! TAN ALL THE WAY! I am fond of the black ones too but that tan colour is just to die for! And the wooden platform is just too beautiful. Those shoes would probobly sum up my summer shoe choice. I need. Lucky you!
