A change from the normal denim jacket (and to find one with sleeves long enough for my arms is saying something).
End of next month (well, next month is technically tomorrow from the time of writing this post), I travel to New Orleans jazz fest - my annual pilgrimage with friends.
Usually I slum around in either airy floor length dresses (shocker) or short dresses with bikini/bandeau underneath and an old hat with shades.
Above are two recent pieces that will definitely get rolled up in the suitcase.
The denim jacket is to wear from tomorrow when NY heats up.
Finally. I can leave the leather jacket at home.

I love the New Orleans Jazz Fest! I went for the first time last year and had a blast. My best friend was living in New Orleans for the year, so I was visiting her. It was great! I love all the HATS people wear down there. They really come in handy too with all the sun. Have fun!
