Dress: Thrift. Drawstring bag: Ebay (DIY studded). Faux fux coat: H&M. Fyres: Vintage. Fedora: Trash & Vaudeville, Rings: LF/W store. Necklace: Random jewellery shop
The snow really started yesterday right about the time of the dinner ressies I made at Gordon Ramsey's restaurant at The London hotel. Typical. So might as well make the best of it and have a bit of a laugh when it started?
I wore a long black wool dress I bought a few weeks ago (thrifted), a cropped lace cardi over it (you can get it here) and my vintage Fryes bought yonks ago.
Every time I wear this faux fur coat I think of the assistant at H&M who said I shouldn't get it because it's too big. I'm so glad I kept it. The oversized feel was part of the attraction (that and paying $30). You've seen me in it before here.
ps. the food was delicious. The only complaint was the portions were very small :-/

Amazing coat!

ReplyDelete♥ Stolen Stiletto
Sasha - no balls needed. just wear one ; )
ReplyDeleteWhat is Reality Anyway - definitely.
Caylee - oh no : ( or is that a good thing? probably is right now because it's as messy as sh** right now on the streets!
Simonee - You can get them from studs n spikes website. They have prongs behind each stud that you push through holes you make in the leather and bend the prongs back in place.
Girl in the Loft - thanks. I don't know if I'll ever wear dark polish for the rest of the winter.
Francheska - you know already the mutual love for floor length!
Cafe Fashionista - aww thanks and helloooo : )
Sissy - agreed.
Fashion Chalet - wow. You made my night. I LOVED how thrown together she looked in that scene. God it was so inspiring. Ok now you have me wanting to watch that episode again.
Thx everyone for the comments!!!
Oh how I love these shots. I start to hear some renaissance jazz out of harlem and flashes of Lady Sings the Blues. Beautiful.
