I was so friggin' excited to see my fave American Apparel dress now done in velvet, that I didn't even think and flung it on over jeans. I cannot wait to wear it instead as a dress with different tights and boots and jackets and blazers and leggings... you get the idea.
Actually this older post is how I'll normally wear it (with tights). Thank you American Apparel for using that shoot for your 'As Seen on Bloggers' piece!
In this post I had a light weight scarf with me (not seen) which kept the neck warm and at work I wore my office cardigan that lives under my desk.
ps. I'm still working on my 'current obessessions' posted here, but I can cross out the coloured drawstring bag when the one above popped up on ebay. I'm still looking for a great poncho and sky high wedge sandals like the ones on MK though.

uniqlo jeans = the best!! I bought a pair while I was in New york and they're officially my favorite jeans.

ReplyDeleteThe second picture of you = perfection. Everything just came out *so* right. I am, however, not in love with the denim. I think that's personal because I have this serious aversion to acid wash or light denim -- I also don't love dresses over denim. But you do whatever works for you; I just comment form time to time. : )
