raspberry bubbles

Dress: Catherine Malandrino (consignment ). Denim vest: Levi's (Thrift shop). Wedge shoes: Ninewest. Bag: Foley & Corinna. Jewellery: Random New York shops
In case you've not noticed on this blog yet, there's no middle ground for me with heel height. It's either really flat like yesterday's post, or the exact opposite.
I sort of like the contrast between the billowy bubble shape of the dress vs. the straight skirt part. There's a hidden zip on the skirt to wear it with side split (and allow more striding room!).
I got the drawstring fringed leather and pony hair bag about 8 years ago from Foley & Corinna before they grew into a bigger brand. To me, fringing never was a trend.

  12. Nicely done!! Nicely done!!

I like the bold color choice.

By the way please do a tutorial on how you do your smokey eye.

Speaking of fringe not being a trend for you. . .what are all of us going to do when studs/spikes are passe?? Personally, I've always loved a good stud. However, I am worried when they go out of style that I will look like a has-been-cougar-on-the-prowl. Yikes!

Whatever shall we do to prepare for the eventual downturn on studding....Thoughts?

  15. The blendeds - I'm not worried about when its 'over' since alot of things I've worn are considered over but that doesn't bother me e.g. flares (Yes I do wear them sometimes and LOVE THEM!). So its a personal choice.

Thanks guys for the comments! I'll try and do a make up tutorial thingy with pics one of these days!

I'm not the only one who has no middle ground for heel height : )
